Nosara, Costa Rica Retreat

After the success of my first retreat in Costa Rica last April, I am delighted to announce my next retreat this May 2025!

This retreat will be located on the pacific side of Costa Rica in a dreamy surf haven called Nosara. I spent a few days there after my last retreat and absolutely fell in love! I haven't been able to stop thinking about it.

Our residence for the week will be Norte Nosara which offers beautiful rooms, a stunning yoga shala, an outdoor pool and cafe/bar, beautiful amenities and located walking distance from the beach. You can explore their website here.​

Nosara Airport can be reached from both Liberia and San Jose airports.

It is usually recommend flying into Liberia, followed by a shuttle to Nosara at $45 per person each way.

Flights to Nosara vary based on timing but are typically around $120.

A shuttle can be arranged from either location. San Jose (5.5h), Liberia(2.5h) and Nosara Airport (20min).
