Katey’s yoga retreat in Nosara exceeded every expectation! She thoughtfully made journals with prompts and meditations that aligned with each morning’s devotion in yoga class. It was lovely sitting down each day to journal and reflect surrounded by the noise of the jungle instead of the city. I looked forward to yoga every morning as Katey’s teaching always leaves me feeling stronger, more open, and rejuvenated. Katey took on so much mental labor to organize all the activities including surfing, horseback riding, cacao ceremony, and sound bath which made everyone’s trip seamless and unforgettable! It was a pleasure to join Katey and the rest of the group during this beautiful week in Costa Rica!
