What is Root Cause Healing?
Root Cause Healing helps uncover the deeper emotional and subconscious patterns that may be driving stress, anxiety, limiting beliefs, or recurring challenges. Instead of simply managing symptoms, it supports healing at the source to create lasting change.
What does it involve?
Root Cause Healing is a personalised, holistic process that explores the underlying experiences, beliefs, emotions, and nervous system patterns that may be contributing to your current challenges. Rather than focusing solely on symptom management, we work together to understand what may be driving those patterns and support meaningful, lasting change.
Each session is tailored to your unique needs and may incorporate timeline work, regression work, somatic processing, kinesiology, emotional release techniques, and inner child work.
We begin by using kinesiology (muscle testing) to help identify limiting beliefs, unresolved emotions, or subconscious patterns that may be influencing your current thoughts, feelings, behaviours, or physical symptoms. From there, you are gently guided into a deeply relaxed, meditative state where we explore the earliest experiences connected to those patterns. Depending on your personal history and therapeutic framework, this may involve memories from childhood, the prenatal period, or experiences understood within the context of generational trauma.
The intention is not simply to manage triggers, but to compassionately revisit the experiences at the root of them, allowing unresolved emotions to be processed in a safe and supported way. Through this process, many clients develop new insights, greater emotional awareness, and a different relationship with past experiences.
Each session concludes by identifying the learnings and strengths that have emerged from those experiences, helping you replace limiting beliefs with more empowering perspectives that better support your wellbeing, relationships, and future.
